Temporary Traffic Management Auditing

Who is it for?

The Temporary Traffic Management Auditor is the person who reviews the worksite. They review the site for compliance to the approved traffic management plan and CoPTTM and measure through the use of the Site Condition Rating form. They measure both active and unattended worksites.  

The auditing training will help the following roles deliver consistent results that can be collated and reported with:

  • Auditor
  • TMC
  • Project Manager
  • Network Managers

What's involved

The training will be shaped to your business needs and can have both theory and practical elements to ensure you and your team get a good understand of the role and how it can ensure consistence of delivery and improvements of TTM on the roading network. The training will help the candidates knowledge of:
  • Roles and responsibilities of Auditor
  • Able to correctly complete the paper work associated with role of auditor
  • Risk identification when undertaking auditing
  • Understanding how auditing lifts the bar

Outcomes

Following the training the candidate will have a better understanding of the role and ensure a consistent approach to auditing and outcomes.
